It is now well accepted that there is more to effective leadership than high IQ. In the past two decades, Daniel Goleman’s groundbreaking research on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has been widely embraced by the business community. However, in today’s increasingly complex business environment, even EQ is not enough to meet the challenges of modern leadership.
At our May 15th meeting, Steve Sphar will present the SQ21 model of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), where you will learn:
This model of Spiritual Intelligence was developed by Cindy Wigglesworth and is described in her best selling book, SQ21, The Twenty-One Skills of Spiritual Intelligence, now printed in four languages.
In the forward to her book, John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods, writes:
“I love this book. I haven’t just read it – I have studied it and practiced it. I think the ideas in here are crucial for anyone who wants to grow wiser, more compassionate and to help create a better future.”
