This session sheds light on how to use personality assessment tools as a bridge to help teams understand differences and support strengths of different styles. Learn how personality traits create consistent predicable behaviors that dictate time and work habits. With an understanding of personal and team attributes the opportunity to focus on strengths and create a culture of collaboration, rather than competition and/or conflict, is achievable.
In this interactive session we will be using the Ritberger Personality Method (What Color is Your Personality?) to discover our inherent neurological predisposition for gathering and processing information. In addition participants will have the opportunity to:
Michele Mariscal has 25 years experience in the health and wellness field with formal education in Molecular and Cell Biology, Kinesiology, Hermetic Science and Esoteric Philosophy.
As Prevention Specialist for Schools Insurance Authority, she consults with 35 school districts, providing training in work culture change, stress management and resilience, employee morale, health and wellness.
Michele is also the owner of EnergyM, an educational organization providing holistic health coaching and services.
