This session sheds light on how to use personality assessment tools as a bridge to help teams understand differences and support strengths of different styles. Learn how personality traits create consistent predicable behaviors that dictate time and work habits. With an understanding of personal and team attributes the opportunity to focus on strengths and create a culture of collaboration, rather than competition and/or conflict, is achievable.

In this interactive session we will be using the Ritberger Personality Method (What Color is Your Personality?) to discover our inherent neurological predisposition for gathering and processing information. In addition participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify your observable and predictable behavior pattern that result from your “neurological hard-wiring.”

  • Apply this knowledge to personal and professional relationships with a new awareness of how conflicts might arise and how to avoid them

  • Learn how to position personality styles assessments as a tool to create a bridge to increase tolerance
