Where is HR/OD
in the technology dialogue?

This session will explore the concept of change management in the technology space and HR/OD practitioners’ role in “skating to where the puck is going.” With Jeff Hoye, CPS HR Consulting, Organizational Strategy Leader, as our discussion facilitator, we will explore:

1. What’s going on in the world of IT as it pertains to HR

2. Today’s work environment “forces” we’re all having to content with

3. Review what we notice in this environment and how best to respond/contribute.

Using a “world café” format, we will explore perspectives from stakeholders, supervisors, IT, leaders and OD/HR.
