Forward thinking organizations today hire external coaches, use trained internal coaches and expect managers to take a “coach approach” with their teams and employees as a way of building individual and team effectiveness. There is also an ever-growing abundance of coach training programs. And, coaching supervision, a requirement for many external coaches in the U.K. is ever-so-slowly gaining some momentum in North America.

Barrett McBride, PhD, MCC, has been coaching professionally for 20 years. For more than 15 years she has been CEO of Barrett McBride & Associates, a leadership & executive coaching and management consulting firm.

Payment Policy: All payments must be received in full prior to attending an event or workshop.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
