Session #1. Create Your Kite: The Frame’s the Thing!

In this workshop, you’ll find more gold nuggets for developing learning than many full-day courses. BRING A TOPIC. You will transform your chosen topic into a results-focused frame for your next class, webinar, or training session.

Session #2. Go Fly a Kite: Create Training Sessions that Soar
9:00 am -12:00 pm
In the half-day workshop, you’ll continue to build the body of your session. Come prepared with a training topic in mind and walk out with a training or webinar session you can use immediately!

As a result of this session, you’ll be able to:

• Apply the ‘Kite Method’ of Instructional Design
  
• Plan to create the “right ‘kite’ for the right people”
  
• Create meaningful, engaging learning activities that achieve performance outcomes
  
• Demonstrate a minimum of three improved presentation skills
  
• Provide and accept feedback on your ‘kite’ design and delivery
