Work teams can move productively through conflict by developing a “both/and” outlook that promotes interdependence and mutual success. As trainers and HR professionals, we’re poised to help supervisors learn how to lead their teams past an “us/them” mentality and work together to achieve results.
In this session, you will:
Jason Roberts is passionate about helping leaders, teams, and organizations accelerate the changes they seek. His skills include facilitating strategic planning and implementation, business process improvement, agile project management, and leadership and teambuilding.
His background includes facilitating strategic plans for the California Department of State Hospitals, California Department of Parks and Recreation Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Division, and Mono County Public Health. He has coached executives through front-line managers to be effective leaders utilizing the Leadership Practices Inventory® 360 Assessment in multiple public sector departments. He has also managed the change management, process improvement, training, and implementation of bill analysis tracking software for the California Department of Public Health, engaging 11 Divisions and over 20 programs using Agile.
Beginning his career training executives in the Polarity Thinking framework of interdependency, Jason has been able to follow his passion for helping improve local government and expand his career into the public sector. He has facilitated the creation of strategic plans, developed and delivered multi-day leadership development training, and provided executive coaching for multiple California State departments.
Jason hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Davis. He holds certifications as a Polarity Thinking Master®, Certified Scrum Master®, VOPAR™ Strategic Planning Facilitator, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
