Academic Instructor - Sacramento, CA

The Sacramento Job Corps Center, operated by McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy, LLP (MJLM), is a career development training facility for young adults ages 16 to 24. We are seeking a full-time Academic Instructors to prescribe individual and/or group lessons designed to assist students in overcoming specific difficulties in mathematics and reading. Provides instruction to students enrolled in Reading, Mathematics, or GED/HSD. Conducts and manages academic classes and instructs students on workplace communications, employability skills, and health education. Minimum of one to two years related experience in education. Bachelor’s degree in education from a four-year college or university and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. A current/valid California Teaching Credential .
