POSITION REQUIREMENTS	Experience serving in a lead capacity for Training on an Information Technology (IT) implementation project. Experience in preparing and presenting training material for a software solution. Experience in formulating strategies in delivering digital media and classroom training based on resource availability and mode of training (i.e., creating/maintaining a Training Plan based on available resources and type of training). Experience providing training for a government agency or department. Experience delivering training in a classroom or virtual setting. Experience conducting alternative analysis of potential training solutions and automation. Experience in technical writing and developing comprehensive training curriculum for a large system deployment. PMP certified is preferred. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
