Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for employees.
Wrk effectively with managers and Subject Matter Experts across all departments and affiliates to develop effective job specific training programs to meet their needs.
Conduct needs assessment and performance analysis to determine training needs (includes tracking training deviations).
Build assessments and evaluations to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and report to management.
Identify or develop innovative and creative new learning techniques and teaching aids such as e-learning, training materials, visual aids, and reference works.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions.
Maintain training files and documents within Learning Management System (LMS) and paper files.
Must be able to relate to employees at all levels of the organizational structure.
Must be able to communicate tactfully and effectively under pressure situations.
Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS office suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent presentation skills.
Must possess flexibility to change as job grows and develops.


Job Requirements

Experience and Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical interference, and fundamentals of plan and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
1 - 3 year of experience in Training
