The Succession Management Unit of Peace Officer Selection and Employee Development in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is building a new team to foster organizational leadership continuity by preparing a ready and sustainable pipeline of talent to assume leadership positions as they become available. The unit is currently recruiting for three Associate Governmental Program Analysts (AGPA) positions.
The job will provide opportunities for research, analyzing workforce data, training, serving as a liaison for institutions and offices located throughout the state, working on recruitment and retention issues, and travel.
