Trainer 

The Training Associates is looking for 2 trainers who are fully available from 8/1-9/15. 

Description 

The instructor / facilitators will deliver content developed by Airline regarding Interest Based Dispute Resolution (IBDR) training to members ofFlight Attendant Leadership and Union Representatives Leadership Teams. The Instructor will participate in a 4 days Train the Trainer session and will deliver training using a prepared facilitator's guide 

Goal of Customer

The Leadership of Flight Attendents and Union Representatives need to learn how to implement the new collectively bargained contract. The Facilitator will be navigating conflicts within the groups, helping them come to agreement how to deal with it ,keeping the group focused and on track 

Any experience dealing with Union's or Airline experience would be ideal.
