Manager, E-Learning - Roseville, CA
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintains responsibility for the development and deployment of the Corporate E-Learning Strategy.
- Utilizes knowledge of Instructional Design Theories and Web Based Learning to develop training solutions targeted at achieving specified outcomes system wide.
- Requires collaborative, consultative relationships with customers.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree in instructional design/education technology or related field: Preferred
- Five years' technical experience: Preferred
- One year's leadership experience: Preferred
- Experience with Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Flash Programming: Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Preferred
