Antoinette Joy offers twenty years of experience to leaders and teams. Throughout these years, she has gained a firm understanding of the challenges and obstacles accompanying the pursuit of excellence. For the majority of these years, she developed talent in the trenches as a human resources professional. Antoinette's greatest joy is providing others with practical and easy-to-implement tools that make an immediate impact. She has a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources from California State University, Sacramento; some of her professional certifications, with a leadership concentration, include PHR, SHRM-CP, and DiSC.
