What's a Show n' Tell?
The Show n' Tell is an invitation to learn from your L&D peers, share knowledge, and celebrate one another.

If you have a new tool you're loving, an interesting project you completed, or an aha moment - share it with the group by participating in the Show n' Tell. Look out for an email after registering with more information on how to participate.

If you're not ready to show or tell - that's fine too! Come check out what your peers have been up to. 

I’m from the Bay Area. Will there be local connections for me?
Since the Golden Gate chapter closed, ATD Sacramento has welcomed bay area members with open arms. In fact, two of the current Board Members are from the Bay Area, including the one planning this conference. Please join us, we’d love to have you and we’ll have opportunities built in to connect and form local sub-groups where there’s interest.

What about parking?
Parking is included in your registration but you will need to activate your virtual parking pass prior to the event. You’ll receive an email with instructions prior to the event.

What does my ticket include?

• Full access to all conference activities, no annoying add-ons or upgrades

• Made to order beverages from Eden Coffee from 10-11am 

• Catered Lunch

• On-Site Parking

I’m traveling in for this conference. Where can I stay? 
Here are some nearby options: Hampton Inn & Suites, Comfort Inn & Suites, Courtyard by Marriott.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
You’ll be asked about dietary restrictions when you register for the conference so we can prepare accordingly. Eden Coffee will provide dairy & nut free milk alternatives at their coffee bar in the morning. Lunch will include vegetarian & gluten-free options for all attendees. Other dietary restrictions will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have specific concerns please email membership@tdsac.org.  

I need accommodations for this event?

I’m not a member of ATD Sacramento. Can I still come?
You’re welcome to join us for the conference anyway. We have tickets available for both members & non-members.

How do I join ATD Sacramento?
We’d love for you to join our chapter! Visit tdsac.org to become a member.

Can I use both offers?
The offers can't be combined. If you're a non-member, you can either register as a non-member and get the free membership, or join the chapter at the regular rate and register as a member with a free guest.

When do the offers end?
Both offers end Thursday, November 5 at 11:59 PM PT.

I already registered. Do these offers apply to me?
Yes! Members who already registered will receive an email with instructions to add a guest. Send your guest's information by Thursday, November 5 at 11:59 PM PT and we'll register them for you. Non-members who already registered will receive a free chapter membership code by email.

Can I use both offers?
The offers can't be combined. If you're a non-member, you can either register as a non-member and get the free membership, or join the chapter at the regular rate and register as a member with a free guest.

Who can bring a guest?
ATD Sacramento Chapter members with an active membership. Not a member yet? Join at tdsac.org and you can bring a guest too.

How do I add my guest?
When you register, you'll have the option to add a guest. No promo code needed. You'll need your guest's name, organization, email, phone number, career stage, current role, and location.

How many guests can I bring?
One guest per member.

Does my guest need to register separately?
Nope. You'll add their information when you register.

What does my guest get?
The full conference experience, just like you: coffee from Eden Coffee, catered lunch, every session, and on-site parking. They'll also receive all event emails directly, including their parking pass.

Who can I bring?
Anyone! Your guest doesn't need to be a chapter member or work in talent development, L&D, or HR. Your guest can also be another member.

My guest can't make it anymore. Can I bring someone else?
Unfortunately, guests can't be substituted.

Does my guest get a free membership too?
The free membership isn't included for guests, but they're always welcome to join the chapter at tdsac.org.

Is the free membership for national ATD?
No, it's a membership for ATD Sacramento, your local chapter.

How do I get my free membership?
After you register for the conference as a non-member, you'll receive an email with a discount code. Use it to join the chapter for free by Friday, November 13 at 11:59 PM PT.

When does my membership start?
Your one-year membership starts the day you redeem your code.

Will my membership auto-renew?
No. Your membership won't renew automatically, and you won't be charged.

What do I get as a chapter member?
Access to free online events, in-person networking opportunities, and discounts on in-person events.

Once I'm a member, can I bring a free guest to the conference?
The offers can't be combined, so the free membership doesn't include a free guest for this conference.

Will I get a receipt?
Yes. You'll receive a receipt by email after registering showing the total amount paid. If your employer needs an invoice, email membership@tdsac.org.

Can I get a refund or cancel?
The promotional offers can't be refunded or cancelled.
