Scope of Position: Under the general direction of the Manager, Statewide Training Unit (SSM I), the incumbent at the full journey level works in support of the Personnel/Payroll Services Division’s human resources and payroll systems, in a collaborative team that is responsible for activities associated with analysis, development, and delivery of training. The position works in the Customer Support Section, focusing on the development and delivery of training programs for statewide human resources staff by using best practices for instructional design and adult learning.
