Training Coordinator - Rancho Cordova, CA
The Training Coordinator embodies the "culture" of the restaurant with a cheerful, enthusiastic, task oriented attitude. The Training Coordinator’s principal functions are to supervise and coordinate the food servers training program, the training of new food servers and their ongoing development. S/he will facilitate training seminars to impact service and sales performance within the unit, implement quarterly training materials, directly impact the results of the training audit, and assist managers with nightly sales performance debriefing of staff.
