Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (Business Administration) or related discipline or equivalent in relevant work experience. 

  •  8 years of direct experience in developing and delivering organizational development programs and projects.

  • In depth knowledge of organizational development theories, best practices and direct knowledge of management development programs, as well as retention, competencies and succession planning.

  • Leadership coaching and/or experience with alternative feedback tools and methods.

  • Knowledge of talent management methods, instructional design and analytical and organizational development methods.

  • Experience developing, facilitating and delivering leadership training.

 

Preferred experience/skills:

  • SPHR certification.
