Support needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation and reporting Participate in training development Participate in process review and improvement initiatives Present training to internal and external learners Qualifications: Bachelors degree in insurance, healthcare or related field, or high school diploma or equivalent; may hold two-year post-high school degree Typically one to three years of experience in a training-development role Good facilitation, content design, and consulting skills Good change management, communication, and relationship- and project-management skills
