Under general direction of the Senior Instructional Designer for CPE's new Graduate Degree Development Team, works with department staff, faculty and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design online graduate level courses, blended courses, and e-learning assets. Consults with faculty to understand their vision for their course, and assists faculty to develop quality content, assessments, assignments, cases, and simulations appropriate for graduate-level learners. Using pedagogical training and educational technology tools, produces and edits content, develops learning assets, and designs/executes learner engagements. Provides project management for all assigned projects, and coordinates with media team assigned to support video and audio production needs of each course. Operates in a high volume environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
