Shifting Design Paradigms

The steps learning professionals follow to design technology-based and blended instruction differ in several ways from the steps for designing face-to-face instruction. In this presentation, we illustrate:

• Challenges and benefits that learning technologies introduce to the organization, the design process, and the learners.
• Solutions for maximizing the benefits of learning technology.
