Fundamentals for Today's Professional Trainer
with Katrina Kennedy

3-Day Virtual Workshop

January 26-28 • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The last year has transformed how we deliver training. Today’s trainers need to identify learners' needs, manage a diverse virtual classroom, and use a variety of training methods. In this interactive session, you will explore the fundamental elements necessary to design, develop and deliver training so that it is relevant, timely, and engaging.

At the conclusion of class learners will be able to:

  1. Design interactive, engaging training.
  2. List six ways to help learners master new skills.
  3. Identify 40 training methods to engage learners.
  4. Select activities for learning transfer.
  5. Create appropriate visual aids for a training program.
  6. Manage difficult situations in the classroom

Technology Requirements:

This session will be conducted through Zoom. Log-in instructions will be sent upon registration.
