We have been in an altered state due to the pandemic and other societal issues for over one year. Please join this workshop to come together as a community to increase our personal resilience and build a stronger foundation.

Objectives:

  • Define resilience and set the context for why it is crucial for leading through change.
  • Increase our self-awareness resilience facet by identifying what we can control, influence, and not control during workshops and sessions.
  • Action plan how you can increase social connection and support during this challenging time.
  • Proactively create a goal to support yourself.


Technology Requirements:
This session will be conducted through Zoom. Log-in instructions will be sent upon registration. 

About the Speaker:

Rachel Karu, MS, PCC 
Rachel’s personal journey as a recovering perfectionist inspired her to create Stepping into More - A professional and personal Prior to launching Stepping into More, highlights from Rachel’s corporate experience includes: Human Resources Manager Rachel earned an MS in Counseling for Business, achieved her Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Rachel is a Past President for the International Coaching Federation, Los Angeles and currently serves as Executive Advisor. 




Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
