True transformational coaches have one thing in common: an incredible coaching presence. The presence of a coach has more bearing on the results clients will get than any other coaching skill. This workshop will explore how to cultivate a coaching presence that is guaranteed to generate insights and inspiration in coaching clients.

Participants in this workshop will:

• Explore presence and why it is so important in leadership coaching.
• Identify coaching presence interference and what you can do about it.
• Practice the inner game of coaching presence.

Technology Requirements:
This session will be conducted through Zoom. Log-in instructions will be sent upon registration. 

About the Speaker:

Casey Field is a globe-trotting leadership coach, educator, speaker, and psychology nerd. He is the founder and Chief of Coach Learning for Trident Coaching Group; a small yet mighty coach learning and development organization with a global presence. In his practice, he works with impactpreneurs - the leaders, coaches, and entrepreneurs that choose to create positive impact in the world. As a lecturer for UC Davis and UC Berkeley, Casey teaches the next generation of MBA's how to develop powerful coaching and leadership communication skills.

When he's not coaching people to cultivate unshakable mindset, you can find him toiling away as a PhD student researching integral and coaching psychology. His most significant contribution to the world is helping raise two incredible boys with his partner, Holly.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
