I have 10 years of experience in Training & Development/ Learning & Development/Organization Development for both the private and public sector, currently working full time in Organization Development efforts for the County of

Sacramento. Like many, if not all of you, I had to rethink how to communicate efforts, upcoming events, and even workshops more effectively, as many of our employees were working from home. Email communication simply wasn't cutting it, so I started to teach myself how to create simple and engaging videos for my organization on a budget. I'd love to share with you what I have learned so that you can start to create engaging content for your organization, all while keeping a tight budget!

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
