In this session, we'll explore the concepts that will help you to demonstrate confidence at work, allowing you to show up as your best self. We'll also uncover the secrets to growing grit in your work pursuits.

• Accept a compliment graciously without deflection
• Get grittier in your work life

About the Speaker:

Allison Horak is a consultant and trainer. She helps organizations work more efficiently through better leadership and communication practices. Allison offers relevant and insightful in-person and virtual training for professional development. Her client list includes over 35 state agencies and over 25 California counties, cities, and special districts.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
